Shipping & delivery methods
Orders will be shipped out 1-3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another with the tracking number once shipped. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for shipping unless otherwise noted &/or requested.  In the event any items are on back-order they will be shipped separately ASAP at no additional cost.

Product Returns & Exchanges
Offering no nonsense, no hassle returns. Being 100% satisfied with your products is our goal. If you're not happy, ZenJens will make it right for you.  Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving items so we can and work out an exchange &/or refund.
